No. Email is present on every record in the published counts. Phone, cell, fax, license and association fields are filled only where the source has a value. Empty fields are blank cells, never zeros. Fill rates per county are under Data quality.

Each file contains no duplicate records. Separate geography files can overlap: a city file is a subset of its county file. Buying multiple overlapping files can therefore include the same agent more than once.

Data is compiled from licensing records, brokerages and associations. Invalid email addresses are removed before the data is sold. This does not guarantee inbox delivery or consent to receive marketing. Read about data quality.

Files are delivered in CSV format and can be opened in Microsoft Excel. Approved files are available in your customer downloads. Delivery takes a few minutes to a few hours after payment approval, depending on the size of the list. Purchased files are available for download for six months.
